This unit overlooks the Intracoastal with a wrap-around screened porch that offers an escape from the world. Even the newly renovated pool has beautiful views of the boats passing by. When you are re-energized from the slow pace and ready for the beach, grab the wagon and chairs stored in the two-car garage and dig your feet in the sand and absorb the salty rays of Florida sunshine.
After your day of pure relaxation, the kitchen is fully equipped to stay in for dinner and enjoy a good movie in the family room. Upstairs the master suite offers a walk-in closet, renovated bathroom, and king-size bed. The second bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people with a bunk bed and queen size bed and a fully renovated bathroom. There is also a tub/shower for those little guests. We know how hard it is to pack for a vacation - the washer and dryer will not only help you pack light but return with all clean clothes.
When you are feeling that calm Florida pace in every breath, visit some of the best restaurants, water activities, mini-golf, and shopping nearby. This will be a vacation that you never want to end.

The following cancellation policy is effective on the day of the
a. The guest acknowledges and agrees upon receipt of the Reservation Confirmation
Email, all advance payments are made subject to the following terms and conditions
governing cancellation of reservation and refunds:
i. Cancellation Request Required. As a condition precedent to our obligation to issue
any refund set forth herein, the guest is required to and must notify HPVR of the guest’s
request to cancel a reservation within the time periods defined below, time being of the
essence (herein a “Cancellation Request”).
ii.30 Days or More Before Check-In. In the event we receive a Cancellation Request
at least thirty (30) days or more before the scheduled Check-In Date, we will keep the
following fees and charges: (i) the service fee, (ii) travel insurance premium, and (iii)
applicable taxes on the foregoing. The total of the foregoing fees/taxes are referred to
herein as “Early Term Fees” and will be retained by HPVR. We will issue a refund to the
guest in the amount of: (i) the balance of funds held by HPVR for the reservation, less:
(ii) the total of the Early Term Fees.
iii.15 Days or More Before Check-In. In the event we receive a Cancellation Request
at least fifteen (15) days or more before the scheduled Check-In Date, we will keep the
following fees and charges: the service fee, travel insurance premium, plus fifty-percent
(50%) of total rent for the reservation, together with all applicable taxes. The foregoing
fees/taxes are referred to herein as the “Early Term Fee” and will be retained by HPVR.
We will issue a refund in the amount of: (i) the balance of funds held by HPVR for the
reservation, less (ii) the total of the Early Term Fees.
iv. “Cleaning Fee Only” Refund (Less Than 15 Days Before Check-In). With
exception of any prepaid cleaning fee(s) collected by us for the reservation, no refunds
will be given in any event your Cancellation Request is received less than fifteen (15)
days before Check-In Date, including “Last Minute” reservations.
b. All refunds will be processed to the payment method we have on file for the guest.
c. There will be no refunds given for any reason on or after Check-In Date.
d. We strongly encourage you to purchase CSA Travel Protection/Interruption
Short Term Rentals require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. The amount of deposit required is
50% of the total plus Travel Insurance Premium (if selected), and tax. If you purchased
travel interruption protection insurance at the time you booked your stay and submitted
your reservation request, you may file a claim for trip interruption insurance coverage
with CSA Travel Insurance. Reservations made under false pretense of any type or kind
will result in the automatic forfeiture of all deposits, rental payments, fees, and
immediate cancellation of your previously confirmed reservation. The remaining balance
is payable in full thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. We will automatically charge
the payment method on file for the balance due. Long Term Rentals (28+ Nights) must
pay first monthly rent 7 days prior to arrival and subsequent rent payments must be
made by the first of every month. No payments will be accepted at local offices.

My partner and I enjoyed staying at this condo! The location was fabulous and we loved the screen in porch. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon left in the garage for guest use. We have stayed at multiple different airbnbs in the area and we would definitely stay at this place again!
Indian Shore is a really beautiful beach town. It’s sleepy so not much was happening. We went in summer which isn’t the busy season. It’s 30 min to St Pete, Clear water beach & 45 min Tampa so easy to get to more. The townhouse was lovely over looking the bay from almost every angle screened in porch is dreamy. We had one issue, resolved quickly the management team is awesome & the folks they send out are pro’s & quick. However The garage is great but it does not have direct access into townhouse so if it’s raining (which it did). You have to go around & up the stairs it’s quick but your not covered. The kitchen has everything & plenty of towels & beach toys chairs boogie board, wagons, umbrella & cooler. Beach is short walk.
We really loved this town home. It's the end unit in the complex right near the pool and offers a beautiful view of the inter-coastal waterway from the screened in deck. It wasn't uncommon to observe dolphins passing through the inter-coastal waterway from the screened in porch or the pool area. There is also a pier for fishing near the pool area and right by the unit. The unit offered a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, dishes and cookware. Plenty of beach gear in the garage, and beach towels in the unit. Nice, clean, family friendly unit. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very eager to help. We had a very bad experience with the original place we rented at Bayshore Yacht & Tennis Club and had to find a new place to stay. This host and this wonderful town home turned what could have been a bad vacation into a great one. We can't thank you enough for your hospitality. We highly recommend this host and this unit!
