This beautifully renovated beachfront condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Relax and enjoy the refreshing Direct Gulf of Mexico sea breeze. Our 3-bedroom 2 full bath unit consists of two king bedrooms and one queen room. Each king bedroom has a luxurious "suite style" set up with a sofa. The primary bedroom has slider access to the balcony, ensuite private bath with a double vanity, shower, and walk-in closet. Wake up to the sounds of the salty waves and views of the white sands.
The additional king-suite bedroom has direct private access to the second bathroom, featuring a double vanity and tub/shower. Both king bedrooms have an ottoman that can pull out to use as a single bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed with chair for catching up on a book or comfortably watching your favorite program. All bedrooms have large smart TVs.
The panoramic view from the balcony is sure to provide countless breathtaking sunsets. The roomy balcony has two high-top tables and chairs to soak in the fresh seaside air or enjoy a cold beverage. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, and all the comforts of home sure to make any chef happy to stay in for dinner. Ample grills and outdoor seating for a great BBQ meal. Or after a full day of fun and sun the large round dining table is perfect for take-out and recap the day's adventures.
There is also a dual-purpose granite counter that can be used as a desk workspace or a dry bar to mix your favorite hand-crafted cocktails. The leather living room sofa is spacious enough for all to enjoy, including a 70-inch smart TV perfect for catching the can't-miss action of the big game or watching a movie. There is a full-size laundry unit with a washer and dryer inside the condo. This unit also offers a Pack 'N Play crib and a beach cart with Tommy Bahama chairs for your sunny beach days.
This third-floor condo is located on the south side of the building. The elevator access building offers unmatched amenities: a year-round heated pool, tennis, and pickleball court, all located just steps away from the sand & Gulf of Mexico. The location of the building is suited to all interests: dining, shopping, mini-golf, karaoke, and endless adventures. A coffee house and Circle K convenience store are located directly across the street. The following cancellation policy is effective on the day of the
reservation.
a. The guest acknowledges and agrees upon receipt of the Reservation Confirmation
Email, all advance payments are made subject to the following terms and conditions
governing cancellation of reservation and refunds:
i. Cancellation Request Required. As a condition precedent to our obligation to issue
any refund set forth herein, the guest is required to and must notify HPVR of the guest’s
request to cancel a reservation within the time periods defined below, time being of the
essence (herein a “Cancellation Request”).
ii.30 Days or More Before Check-In. In the event we receive a Cancellation Request
at least thirty (30) days or more before the scheduled Check-In Date, we will keep the
following fees and charges: (i) the service fee, (ii) travel insurance premium, and (iii)
applicable taxes on the foregoing. The total of the foregoing fees/taxes are referred to
herein as “Early Term Fees” and will be retained by HPVR. We will issue a refund to the
guest in the amount of: (i) the balance of funds held by HPVR for the reservation, less:
(ii) the total of the Early Term Fees.
iii.15 Days or More Before Check-In. In the event we receive a Cancellation Request
at least fifteen (15) days or more before the scheduled Check-In Date, we will keep the
following fees and charges: the service fee, travel insurance premium, plus fifty-percent
(50%) of total rent for the reservation, together with all applicable taxes. The foregoing
fees/taxes are referred to herein as the “Early Term Fee” and will be retained by HPVR.
We will issue a refund in the amount of: (i) the balance of funds held by HPVR for the
reservation, less (ii) the total of the Early Term Fees.
iv. “Cleaning Fee Only” Refund (Less Than 15 Days Before Check-In). With
exception of any prepaid cleaning fee(s) collected by us for the reservation, no refunds
will be given in any event your Cancellation Request is received less than fifteen (15)
days before Check-In Date, including “Last Minute” reservations.
b. All refunds will be processed to the payment method we have on file for the guest.
c. There will be no refunds given for any reason on or after Check-In Date.
d. We strongly encourage you to purchase CSA Travel Protection/Interruption
Insurance.
Short Term Rentals require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. The amount of deposit required is
50% of the total plus Travel Insurance Premium (if selected), and tax. If you purchased
travel interruption protection insurance at the time you booked your stay and submitted
your reservation request, you may file a claim for trip interruption insurance coverage
with CSA Travel Insurance. Reservations made under false pretense of any type or kind
will result in the automatic forfeiture of all deposits, rental payments, fees, and
immediate cancellation of your previously confirmed reservation. The remaining balance
is payable in full thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. We will automatically charge
the payment method on file for the balance due. Long Term Rentals (28+ Nights) must
pay first monthly rent 7 days prior to arrival and subsequent rent payments must be
made by the first of every month. No payments will be accepted at local offices.

Great beach stay for our family! This spacious unit is comfortably furnished and clean, with lots of space and options for sleeping that gave our family great flexibility. The view from the balcony is wonderful and can be enjoyed from the kitchen and living area and the main bedroom. The beach is private and easily accessible, with an elevator and two staircases all well maintained. The pool and picnic tables were also in great condition and the view of the ocean can be enjoyed from the pool deck. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and checking in and out was simple and easy. The on-site staff at the building was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be looking to return!

Great value, spacious and clean!
The condo was very clean and had a great view. The inside was well decorated and had everything we needed. Balcony was spacious and the view was very nice along with the wonderful sound of the ocean. Great place and extremely happy with the management who were very accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
Very comfortable, very quite beach area and pool. Beach was so close and easy to walk right out on to sand and set up your chairs. The condo was roomy!
