Sea Breeze Condos are located on the beautiful, endless white sands of Madeira Beach. After spending a memorable day on the gorgeous beach and at the beachside pool and oversized jacuzzi, you can relax in the comfortable living room with the sliders open to the large balcony while you listen to the soothing rhythm of the waves. Keep your cell phone charged for the spectacular sunsets every night as you cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. There is plenty of seating at the 6 person dining table and extra seating on the balcony for every meal. If you want to keep your toes in the sand, stay down at the beach and use the bar-b-que grills and play bocce ball. You are walking distance to 10+ restaurants, live music, boat rentals, etc at John's Pass.
Every guest will sleep well in the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a twin trundle bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a hallway bathroom. With TVs, cable service and WiFi in each bedroom and the living room, no one will miss the latest episode or sporting event.
When you want to go out and see the area, there are many fantastic restaurants, shops, and public beach parks. We are always happy to share our favorites with you. Activities within driving distance: 2 minutes to John’s Pass; 2 minutes to Watersport Rentals, Sightseeing Cruises, and Fishing Charters; 4 minutes to Smuggler’s Cove Mini-Golf; 25 minutes to the historic Don Cesar Hotel; 30 minutes to Downtown St. Petersburg; and 40 minutes to Tampa International Airport. This unit has one designated parking spot and laundry facilities on site to make this the perfect low key vacation.

The following cancellation policy is effective on the day of the
reservation.
a. The guest acknowledges and agrees upon receipt of the Reservation Confirmation
Email, all advance payments are made subject to the following terms and conditions
governing cancellation of reservation and refunds:
i. Cancellation Request Required. As a condition precedent to our obligation to issue
any refund set forth herein, the guest is required to and must notify HPVR of the guest’s
request to cancel a reservation within the time periods defined below, time being of the
essence (herein a “Cancellation Request”).
ii.30 Days or More Before Check-In. In the event we receive a Cancellation Request
at least thirty (30) days or more before the scheduled Check-In Date, we will keep the
following fees and charges: (i) the service fee, (ii) travel insurance premium, and (iii)
applicable taxes on the foregoing. The total of the foregoing fees/taxes are referred to
herein as “Early Term Fees” and will be retained by HPVR. We will issue a refund to the
guest in the amount of: (i) the balance of funds held by HPVR for the reservation, less:
(ii) the total of the Early Term Fees.
iii.15 Days or More Before Check-In. In the event we receive a Cancellation Request
at least fifteen (15) days or more before the scheduled Check-In Date, we will keep the
following fees and charges: the service fee, travel insurance premium, plus fifty-percent
(50%) of total rent for the reservation, together with all applicable taxes. The foregoing
fees/taxes are referred to herein as the “Early Term Fee” and will be retained by HPVR.
We will issue a refund in the amount of: (i) the balance of funds held by HPVR for the
reservation, less (ii) the total of the Early Term Fees.
iv. “Cleaning Fee Only” Refund (Less Than 15 Days Before Check-In). With
exception of any prepaid cleaning fee(s) collected by us for the reservation, no refunds
will be given in any event your Cancellation Request is received less than fifteen (15)
days before Check-In Date, including “Last Minute” reservations.
b. All refunds will be processed to the payment method we have on file for the guest.
c. There will be no refunds given for any reason on or after Check-In Date.
d. We strongly encourage you to purchase CSA Travel Protection/Interruption
Insurance.
Short Term Rentals require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation. The amount of deposit required is
50% of the total plus Travel Insurance Premium (if selected), and tax. If you purchased
travel interruption protection insurance at the time you booked your stay and submitted
your reservation request, you may file a claim for trip interruption insurance coverage
with CSA Travel Insurance. Reservations made under false pretense of any type or kind
will result in the automatic forfeiture of all deposits, rental payments, fees, and
immediate cancellation of your previously confirmed reservation. The remaining balance
is payable in full thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. We will automatically charge
the payment method on file for the balance due. Long Term Rentals (28+ Nights) must
pay first monthly rent 7 days prior to arrival and subsequent rent payments must be
made by the first of every month. No payments will be accepted at local offices.

This was a perfect location for my family. Beach was beautiful and not crowded, but less than a half mile from St. John's pass with a lot to do and great restaurants.
The condo itself is newly remodeled, but the building is old and doesn't seem very well maintained. The elevator didn't work 1/2 the trip and when it did, it was EXTREMELY slow. Other guests commented that the elevator is down half the time in general, so it didn't seem like a one-time issue. There is a parking deck under the building, so it's 4 flights of steps to the condo. With beach supplies/kids- that's tough. Also, the health department came while we were at the pool to test levels and ended up closing the hot tub because the chlorine levels were too low, making it unsanitary. Our kids had been splashing around in that for the three days prior (ugh). Then we got home and they sent us a bill for $160 for a cheap little beach decoration worth maybe $20 and haven’t responded to my response questioning the charge 6 days later. I have never left a bad review but this needed to be noted. We still had a great trip, but we felt like this condo was way overpriced for what we got.

We had a wonderful time here! Couldn't have asked for a better location, lots of places within walking distance and right on the beach. The sunsets are amazing!
We had a fabulous stay and the hosts were so responsive and helpful! They even let us check in a bit early and gave recommendations about things to do in the area. The condo was the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was beautifully updated with all we needed to have a great say including, beach towels, beach chairs, small cooler, towels, full kitchen and more. The laundry on the 4th floor was super easy and cheap to use too!
The balcony oversees the ocean perfectly and the beach is one of the best I have been to with the most amazing sand!
The complex had so many amazing residents and the pool was fantastic and never over-crowded.
So many things in walking distance! We would definitely stay here again and rent from Happy Place Vacation Rentals!
